PINEHOUSE — RCMP have arrested a man who was being sought for failing to report to a probations officer and to enrol/comply with electronic monitoring, charges laid on Nov. 10.
On Nov. 30, 2021, investigation determined that Jerry Tinker was at a residence in Pinehouse.
Pinehouse RCMP, Saskatchewan RCMP’s Police Dog Services and Ministry of Environment Conservation Officers attended the location. Police officers entered the residence and located and arrested Tinker on his outstanding warrants.The breached conditions were related to a September 2021 investigation that resulted in Tinker being charged with one count of uttering threats against a person and one count of resist/obstruct peace officer. These charges are still before the courts
He has also been charged with:
- 2 counts, resist/obstruct peace officer, Section 129(a), Criminal Code
- 2 counts, fail to comply with release order, Section 145(5)(a), Criminal Code
- 1 count, fail to comply with probation order, Section 733.1(1), Criminal Code
He will appear in La Ronge Provincial Court on Dec. 2.
