Updated: Numerous vehicles stolen in the Battlefords

THE BATTLEFORDS - The RCMP Saskatchewan Crime Watch Advisory has issued messages in recent days outlining the theft of vehicles in the Battlefords.

Among them is a Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD, blue in color with a Saskatchewan plate pf 744 MHI.

Also stolen was a blue 2004, Mercedes-Benz C230 with Saskatchewan licence plate 135 MKE.

On Dec. 21, Battlefords detachment received a theft of motor vehicle complaint from the Travelodge Hotel in North Battleford. The stolen pickup truck has been described as a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado, white in colour, Alberta license plate BJR 1115. The truck has a slip tank, and front licence plate says garrison oilwell servicing. The thefts occurred between 8 p.m. on the 20th to 5:30 a.m. on the 21st of December. Police continue to investigate this occurrence and are seeking public assistance

On Dec. 20, Battlefords RCMP received a theft of motor vehicle complaint from the food bank on 101st Street in North Battleford. The car is described as a 2003 Toyota Corolla, black in colour, Saskatchewan license plate 644JYB. Video shows a individual wearing a blue and black plaid jacket as the suspect who took the vehicle. Police continue to investigate this occurrence and are seeking public assistance.

During a robbery on Dec. 14 at approximately 5 p.m. on Territorial Drive in North Battleford, a grey 2000 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 extended cab, with Saskatchean plate 715KND was stolen. If located please do not approach and contact local police immediately.

On Dec. 14, Battlefords RCMP received a complaint of a theft of a pick up described as a red 1997 Ford F-350 with Alberta licence plate BZP8914. The pick up had a queen size bed frame and mattresses in the box of the truck. The registered owner reported that some time between December 11 at 11:30 p.m. and Dec. 12 at 8:30 am. the pick up was stolen from the Panton Avenue area in North Battleford. The police continue to investigate this occurrence and are seeking public assistance..

On Dec. 11, Battlefords Detachment received a theft of an SUV described as a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse LT, grey in colour, with Saskatchewan license plate 416MGE. The SUV was stolen from Fas Gas in the city of North Battleford and seen at the Esso gas station at approximately 3 p.m. Police continue to investigate this occurrence and are seeking public assistance.
