RCMP have now located the abandoned vehicle belonging to Carol King of Herschel Saskatchewan.
The 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser, grey in colour, with Saskatchewan licence plate 560-GZX belonging to King was recovered around 9:45 p.m. Wednesday evening. F Division Underwater Recovery Team members and Forensic Identification officers were involved in recovering the vehicle from a slough near Rosetown.
King's whereabouts, however, are still unknown.The woman has been missing since Saturday, Aug. 6.

Underwater Recovery Team members planned to conduct more diving operations at the scene. As for the vehicle, it has been transported to Saskatoon for further examination by the RCMP's Forensic Identification Section.
