Man facing charges following ongoing voyeurism investigation

The 35-year-old man is facing a total of 49 criminal code charges.

SASKATOON - A man was arrested at the Saskatoon Correctional Centre on Sept. 5 in relation to an ongoing voyeurism investigation.

The 35-year-old man is facing a total of 49 criminal code charges, which include: 37 counts of voyeurism; four counts of prowl by night; three counts breach of probation; two counts of intimidation; one count of criminal harassment; one count of possession of stolen property under $5,000; and one count of sexual assault.

The Saskatoon Police Service wants to remind the public to be vigilant and take all potential precautionary measures for their and their family's added protection and safety as a general rule.They are reminded to ensure their property is secure and shades/blinds are installed on all windows for privacy; regularly check that door- and window-locks are secure; be mindful of their surroundings in public places and any suspicious activity; and accompany young children into public washrooms for added safety.
