Ava and Olivia trailed behind with 71 and 59 baby girls receiving the names in 2010, respectively.
But don't expect to see a surge of Liams or Emmas at the daycare - with 14,978 births in 2010, there's a wide range of names out there.
That's the most births Saskatchewan has seen since 1992, when 14,992 bundles of joy were delivered.
