Hafford residents saw something last week that most people don't see every day - a tornado.
A funnel cloud was spotted by several eyewitnesses Friday, June 24 around 2:30 p.m. Hafford was included in a wide area of central Saskatchewan that was under tornado watches that day.
Video of the reported twister was shot and uploaded to Youtube and has been running at such sites as the Weather Network and elsewhere. Eyewitnesses say the funnel was seen east of Hafford at the end of its main street and there are reports it was on the ground for up to four minutes.
However, no major damage and no injuries were reported.
