Four people are facing drug trafficking charges after a police search in Englefeld last week.

Four people are facing drug trafficking charges after a police search in Englefeld last week.
On September 6, RCMP executed a search warrant at a business - the Englefeld bar - and a private residence in Englefeld in relation to the drug trade around the Humboldt area.
During the search, cash and marijuana were seized.
Charges were then laid by members of the Humboldt RCMP detachment, the Integrated Proceeds of Crime Unit and the Saskatoon Integrated Drug Unit against four individuals.
Anthony John Fehr, 37, and Melody Tabitha Logan, 32, both of Englefeld, have each been charged with two counts of trafficking, one count of possession of marijuana and one count of possession of the proceeds of crime under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
Also charged with two counts of trafficking of marijuana, two counts of possession of marijuana for the purposes of trafficking, and two counts of possession of the proceeds of crime is Ivan Babchouk, 18, of Humboldt.
Daniel Roettger, 18, also of Humboldt, has been charged with two counts of trafficking in marijuana and one count of possession of the proceeds of crime.
All will make their first court appearance on October 17 in Humboldt Provincial Court.
Cpl. Randy Wittig of the Humboldt RCMP stated that the local police are always investigating the drug trade in this area.
"We had assistance from outside agencies for (these arrests)," he said.
Their ongoing investigation into the drug trade is what led to these arrests, he added.
