A small fire was contained at a home on Panton Avenue Saturday night.
The alarm came in to North Battleford Fire and Emergency Services at around 8:50 p.m. It was determined the fire began in the furnace of the home.
Crews contained the fire to the furnace area. The cause is under investigation.
