North Battleford Fire and Emergency Services responded to four separate incidents Thursday.
The first incident happened around 2:15 p.m. when they responded to a report of a tree on fire on the 1400 block of 101st Street.
Fire crews found a tree burnt at the rear of a residence. Occupants on the scene had extinguished the fire prior to arrival and no damage to property or injuries was reported.
The second incident was at 2:37 p.m. on Pioneer Ave. West where a vehicle reported losing containers of herbicide, resulting in a spill.
The product, known as Roundup, was absorbed and neutralized and disposed of. Pioneer Ave. was closed off about two and a half hours to allow for the cleanup.
There were also two separate motor vehicle accidents that afternoon.
The first was at 20th Avenue and 100th Street involving a car and a motorized mobility scooter. The accident was minor in nature with no injuries reported.
The second accident was near the Gold Eagle Casino and was also minor. No injuries were reported.
