The dangerous offender hearing for Michael John Duperron has been pushed back.
The hearing was meant to begin May 2, but the case has now been adjourned to June 6 to accommodate expert witnesses who planned to testify.
Duperron plead guilty to aggravated assault last year following an early-morning robbery and stabbing of a woman at the ATM of the Royal Bank on 101st Street Feb. 12, 2010. The Crown is asking for a "dangerous offender" designation for Duperron in advance of sentencing.
