Three people charged in connection to a drug bust in North Battleford will see their matters returned to provincial court Jan. 12.
The individuals facing charges are Donovan Laviolette, 26; Breanna Fletcher, 20; and Shawn Fortin, 21. All three individuals appeared at provincial court Dec. 8, at which time the adjournment was granted.
Laviolette and Fletcher are both charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking and possession of proceeds of crime, while Fortin's charge is for possession of a controlled substance.
The three were arrested following a police search of a North Battleford residence Nov. 18.
