The Credit Union CU Plex received some more good funding news from the Battlefords Agency Tribal Chiefs Community Development Corporation last week.
North Battleford council last Monday received correspondence from the BATC CDC dated June 22, advising the city that the CDC board of directors had conditionally approved $200,000 towards the CU Plex Phase I.
That is conditional on a follow-up report to be submitted by the city on the Defining the New West Conference, with that information to be submitted no later than July 30.
Once that has been met, the approved $200,000 allocation will be distributed.
