The Gold Eagle Casino cheating case returns to court Nov. 15 when one of those charged will possibly enter a pleas.
Christopher Stone-Spyglass will see his matters return to provincial court in North Battleford that day.
Crown and defence lawyers were in court Tuesday where they sought and were granted the two-week adjournment. Lawyers also indicated the matter was close to a resolution.
Stone-Spyglass is charged with theft over $5,000 and cheating at play, both stemming from card games at the Gold Eagle Casino where it is alleged the dealer falsely shuffled cards and flashed cards to give players an advantage. The games are alleged to have taken place between October 2008 and January 2009.
