Another in a lengthy list of recent building plans has come to North Battleford city council, this time for an industrial shop and office in the southeast industrial area.
The building, located at 9906 Thatcher Avenue, is to be a shop and office for E & L Building Contractors out of Macklin. It will be a 30 by 50 office and a 56 by 76 industrial shop, approximately 5,756 square feet. 15 parking stalls are required, and to be approved on site. The value is estimated at $466,000.
The approved building plan was presented to council by building department inspector Jerry Wintonyk.
In connection to that building plan, council passed a resolution at Monday's meeting that approves the subdivision of the site for the proposed development.
