Arson suspected in vacant building fire

June 30, at approximately 8:30 p.m., the Battlefords RCMP were called to a building fire on the 2100 block of 100th Street, North Battleford. The vacant building suffered extensive damage and arson is believed to be the cause. Between 8:00 a.m.

June 30, at approximately 8:30 p.m., the Battlefords RCMP were called to a building fire on the 2100 block of 100th Street, North Battleford. The vacant building suffered extensive damage and arson is believed to be the cause.

Between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Aug. 4, unknown suspect(s) broke into a garage on the 1300 block of 97th Street. The garage was reported to be locked at the time of the incident.

Aug. 5, a green lawnmower and a gas can were reported stolen from a shed on the 1600 block of 107th Street.

Sometime during the early morning hours of Aug. 9, a full size Chev Van was vandalized on the 1100 block of 104th Street. Unknown suspect(s) damaged the windshield and spray painted the vehicle.

Anyone who has information for this or any other crime is asked to call the Battlefords RCMP or Crime Stoppers.

Ricky Conrad Strawberry, 30, uttering threats, two counts of failing to comply with a probation order;

Eric Raymond Katcheech, 19, breach of probation, theft under $5,000, impersonation with intent.
