PRINCE ALBERT – A 37-year-old man charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault made his first court appearance Friday in Prince Albert Provincial Court.
Quentin George Gardiner was remanded in custody and his matter was adjourned to Dec. 14 to be spoken to.
Prince Albert Police Service’s Forensic Identification Unit investigated an assault at a home in the 500 block of 5 Avenue East last week. Police executed a search warrant in the area and arrested Gardiner on Dec. 8. He was also charged with breach of a court order.
The charges against Gardiner haven't been tested in court.
