There was a potluck supper in Ruddell Feb. 13. Tickets were sold for gift baskets and the draw was made that evening. Winners were Dennis Denton, Audrey Harter, Herman Soule, Vivian Jackson, Blaire Bernier, Victor Tebay, Caitlin Frenzel, Leah Barr and Victor Tebay. Congratulations, winners.
A late Valentine's potluck and jam session was held in Maymont Feb. 15. Entertainment was supplied by Carl Ross, Tom Caldwell, Mel Deagnon, Bert Carpentier and Al Pregnas. (Sorry if I spelled that wrong, Al). I don't have to tell you how good the food was for supper.
Draws were made for door prizes. Winners were Jean Lavallie, Walter Pauls, Charlene Carpentier and Gertie Sherman. A ring was donated for the event and tickets were sold for $5. The winner was Jean Lavallie. Congratulations. And Jean, welcome to Maymont.
Happy birthday, Kari Carpentier. Kari will be entertaining 50 people plus herself and the driver. She is travelling to Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon, enjoying a chuckwagon dinner, show and entertainment, Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, Palm Springs Follies, San Diego Zoo, Disneyland, SeaWorld, Hearst Castle, Alcatraz, Winchester Mystery House, Napa Valley wine tour and city tours of San Diego, Palm Springs, San Francisco and Anaheim.

Another party was held in Maymont Feb. 22 to again celebrate Mel Deagnon's 70th birthday - potluck, entertainment and dancing for a fun night. Thanks, everyone for coming out. We will celebrate again next year.
Remember March15 will be a night of entertainment featuring your local husband musicians, accompanied by their wives or partners. Music and laughs for a donation at the door. There will also be a 50/50.

There will be a roast beef supper fundraiser for Glenburn Provincial Park March 8 at the Maymont Hotel. Everyone is welcome. There will be sittings at 5 and 7 p.m. Tickets may be purchased in advance at the Maymont Hotel, town office or any board member. Tickets are $15 for adults $7.50 for children 12 plus. Children under 12 eat free.
