Christmas meal shared

A catered Christmas birthday supper and program was held at the Maidstone Drop In Centre Dec. 12 with approximately 100 seniors in attendance. Caterers were the Catholic ladies, who provided an abundant and delicious supper.

VB season wraps up at provincials

The Maymont Central School seniorboys' volleyball team ended a successful season with a trip to 2A provincials in Medstead. They played well and were excellent sports. The team captured fourth place, losing a close bronze medal match to Medstead.

Radisson honoured their Citizen of the Year Dec. 17. Receiving the plaque for 2010 was Darin Beaudoin. David Ruzesky presented the plaque, saying Darin has shown dignity and leadership in Radisson and surrounding communities for several years.
