Xmas preparation makes for slow news cycle

We wish Milt McMillan, who is in the Maidstone Hospital a speedy recovery. Coffee at the Pine Island Suites was very much enjoyed. We played bingo for prizes all wrapped up in Christmas ribbons and bows.

Coffee at the Pine Island Suites was very much enjoyed. We played bingo for prizes all wrapped up in Christmas ribbons and bows. We would like to wish all the residents and workers the very best in the new year.

Jean Stewart enjoyed a shopping trip to Lloydminster with Marion and Bill Staughton. The Christmas rush was on!

Bev and Don Nicholson of St. Walburg were visiting with their mothers, Tillie Linkert and Iris Nicholson.

Not much news as everyone is busy preparing for Christmas, which seems to have come so quickly again.

I would like to take this time to wish all the paper readers, staff at Battlefords Publishing and all over friends and neighbours, a happy, peaceful new year.
