The Chapel Gallery hummed again Tuesday as the Battlefords Art Club members met to paint together. Dean Bauche dropped in to tell us about a workshop coming up May 9, 10 and 11. Artists, including Darrel Baschuk, Jan Layh and Bauche will be demonstrating and talking about their use of water colour, acrylics and oils. For more information contact Bauche.
Ljubica Hardi will be giving a two-hour session on drawing portraits at the art club session Tuesday, May 7 from 1 to 3 p.m.
Grace Gerein, an art club member, has a wonderful display of her work in the Window Gallery at the Chapel Gallery. Her paintings really sing. Do drop in and see them.
The art club's Spring for Art show and sale is scheduled for Saturday, April 27 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Come and see what we've been doing. Tea, coffee and goodies will be served.
