MAYFAIR ‑ The temperature is dipping down and, officially, winter will be here in two weeks. With all the excitement of Christmas approaching, the days keep flying by.
Thickwood Hills Wildlife Federation of Mayfair is holding their annual horn scoring this Friday, Dec. 10 at the local community hall. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with proof of COVID vaccination to be produced. Lunch is provided during the evening. Nominations for executive and board positions are to be in no later than 4 p.m. Friday, Dec. 10 to the rural municipality office in Mayfair for the Mayfair Community Recreation Centre Inc. An annual general meeting is to be held Tuesday, Dec. 14 at the hall at 7:30 p.m.
