The Prince Albert Parkland Health Region is in need of caring, compassionate and committed volunteers to fill the following service positions:

Parent-Tot Program – Spiritwood and District Health Complex 306-883-4432. Mothers and/or fathers along with their young children may visit residents on a one-to-one basis or in small groups. Parents are responsible for their children at all times. Shifts: are flexible, once or twice per week.

Entertainment – Evergreen Health Centre, Leoville 306-984-2136. Volunteer performers — musicians, magicians, actors and others — share their talents with residents in long-term care. Other volunteers assist by inviting residents to a specific area for entertainment, parties, sing-a-longs and other activities and assist with snacks and lunches.

“On Call” Volunteers – Hafford Special Care Home 306-549-2108. Extra volunteers are often needed for the long term care residents on an “on-call” basis, to assist with outings, parties, social gatherings, shopping trips and taking residents to appointments. Shifts are as needed
