Colleen Koski went to Pine Island Lodge and took her mom May Ford for a drive in the country. She enjoyed it, but was glad to be back.
Morris and Maureen Stewart of Leduc, Alta. were Monday lunch guests with their mom Jean Stewart.
Our sympathy goes out to the Gray family on the passing of their daughter Amy.
Marion Staughton took her mom Jean Stewart, grandsons Kane and Kale Staughton and I up to Lac de Isles Sunday. We visited with the Jimmie Stewarts at their cabin and had a delicious barbecue supper. On the road home we stopped for a short visit with Don and Ellen Stoughton at Loon Lake. It was a delightful day.
Friday, Duncan MacEachern of Marsden stopped and had dinner with me. He was on his way fishing.
The sunny weather has been very nice but things are starting to look a lot like fall. It seems very early as even the leaves are staring to turn. The gardens are looking good and the tomatoes are starting to ripen.
