Summer is a time for visiting

Jean Stewart has had an enjoyable week visiting with family and relatives. Sunday a niece, Monica and Brian Denis of Edmonton, Alta., nephew, Barry Innes of Tomahawk, Alta,, Laureen Innes of Winnipeg, Man.

Jean Stewart has had an enjoyable week visiting with family and relatives. Sunday a niece, Monica and Brian Denis of Edmonton, Alta., nephew, Barry Innes of Tomahawk, Alta,, Laureen Innes of Winnipeg, Man. and Brian and Maureen Stewart of Leduc, Alta. visited. Monday she had cousins from Edmonton, George, Anna and Roger Durupt, drop in.

Irene and Jim Kerr are home after a holiday spent in Meota.

Tuesday, Marion Stoughton took her mom, Jean Stewart, and I to the Battlefords where we did some shopping and Jean had an eye appointment.

Last Thursday, Marion Stoughton took me to Saskatoon where I had an eye check up.

Last weekend was very enjoyable when son Ken and Pam MacEachern of Cold Lake, Alta. were camped at the Halfway Campground. We had barbecue suppers Friday and Saturday nights. Saturday, Duncan MacEachern joined us for supper.

Saturday, my sister, Beth Piche, had lunch and an enjoyable afternoon with Ken, Pam and I. Her daughter, Linda, was visiting in Lloydminster and dropped her off and picked her up on her way home.

Visiting with Rose Danychuck on the long weekend was her daughter, Nancy du Buzac of Biggar, her granddaughter, Stephen and son of Oyen, Alta.

Welcome to Jean Hartman who has moved into apartment 7B. We are all glad to have you here and hope you enjoy your new place.

Don Billet and wife Bev and son Barry of Edmonton stopped in to see Jean Hartman. They were on their way to Saskatoon. Don is Jean's cousin.

Dorothy Kissick was to the home of her granddaughter, Dana McGown, to see all the cast. Dorothy is a cat lover.

Summer holidays are almost over and the crops are turning quickly. I hope the weather holds so the harvest can be done.
