The Battlefords Photo Club held its monthly meeting May 7 at the Allen Sapp Gallery.
The theme for the montly photo challenge was "a drop of water," with Adele Perrett's photo entitled "Deliciously Wet" winning the challenge. The photo will be on display for a month at Crandleberry's.
Discussed was the upcoming photo show which will be on display in the Co-op Mall from June 6-8. Adjudication for the show will take place on June 4 with Jean Dunn (painter/sculptor) adjudicating.
June 4 is also the last meeting for the club before the summer. It will be held at the Don Ross. The club will start up again the first Tuesday of September.
The photo challenge theme for the summer is "blurred motion" and the photos will be reviewed in the fall. Everyone is welcome to come check out the club, just remember to bring a camera! For more information please contact Chris at 306-445-3909.
