Students at the North Battleford Comprehensive High School are always in the pursuit of excellence in all forms.
This was seen as students from a variety of vocational/technical areas at the Provincial Skills Competition held in Saskatoon April 24 and 25.
This group of students excelled in their areas of expertise and medals were awarded to the following: Daniel Stokalko - gold in baking, Micah Fedorchuk - gold in Welding, Sean Newton and Sam Burns - gold in TV/video production, Shania Magnusson - silver in bridal up do, Jordan Mamer - silver in welding and Jackson Nyholt - bronze in automotive service.
The gold medal winners will represent NBCHS and the province of Saskatchewan at the National Skills Competition in Vancouver, B.C. from June 5 to 8.
