Stew and biscuits shared by 32 guests

A stew and biscuit luncheon at the Maidstone Drop In Centre March 12 was well attended with 32 people present. Following lunch, bingo was played with Margaret MacEachern doing the calling.

A stew and biscuit luncheon at the Maidstone Drop In Centre March 12 was well attended with 32 people present. Following lunch, bingo was played with Margaret MacEachern doing the calling. The loonie pot was divided between Bev Stewart, Irene, Dorothy Kissick and Jean Hartman. Norma Hougen supplied the lunch.

The new carpet in the entry has been installed and looks very nice. Thanks Gerald.

Cards were played March 27 with Jean Hartman hosting and supplying lunch. High score went to Jean Stewart and low to Lil McMillan.

Bingo was played March 19 with Margaret MacEachern and Jean Hartman doing the calling. The loonie pot went to Verla Mitchell. Lunch was provided by Lil McMillan.

Cards were played March 24 with Dorothy Schwartz hosting and providing lunch. High score for cribbage went to Dorothy Kissick and low to Jean Stewart.

The March-April pot luck luncheon will be held Thursday, April 17 at noon. Following that will be the annual and regular monthly meeting. It is a change of meeting date because of Good Friday.

The Saskatchewan Seniors Fitness Association is having their annual meeting at the Drop In Centre April 23. Cards, Scrabble and bowling will start at 9:30 a.m. The centre members will provide noon lunch.

Fitness exercises are held every Monday at 9 a.m. Yoga is every Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. instructed by Shannon Smith.
