SSAI hostes regional meeting

The Saskatchewan Seniors Association Incorporated held their annual Region A meeting at Livelong on May 15. SSAI president Len Fallows from Prince Albert was in attendance and was guest speaker.

The Saskatchewan Seniors Association Incorporated held their annual Region A meeting at Livelong on May 15.

SSAI president Len Fallows from Prince Albert was in attendance and was guest speaker. Bob Johnson, director from Goodsoil chaired the meeting. The other seniors' centres represented were from Livelong, Lashburn, Maidstone, Radisson, Pierceland, St. Walburg, Loon Lake, Meota, Meadow Lake, and Prince Albert.

Following a delicious cold plate luncheon supplied by Livelong seniors, the group was entertained by Bernice Andreos who sang and played a keyboard.

Election for director of Region A and co-ordinators followed. Bob Johnson was re-elected as director assisted by co-ordinators - Maurice Corbiel of Edam for District 3A; Don Taylor of Livelong for District 2A; and Niama Gone of Pierceland for District 1A.

Margret MacEachern and Dorothy Schwartz represented the Maidtsone seniors at the meeting.
