More snow was falling Monday morning. With snow falling nearly every day, it is piling up. Although there is not as much snow here as in many places, we do have more snow than we have had for a few years.
Recent visitors with Terry and René Pike were they daughters Rheanan and Brad Beasley and their family of Fort McMurray, Alta. and Nichole Pike of Edmonton, Alta.
Christine Pike had a chance meeting with a relative at the RM of Eldon office in Maidstone. The relative, Mary Carriere, and her husband, Lou, had dropped in at the office to inquire about the possibility of visiting her grandfather's, Jack Wesson's, memorial. Christine happened to come into the office at that time and was drawn into the conversation. She soon realized Mary was the daughter of her cousin, Kathleen (Wesson) Parker. They enjoyed an interesting visit.
