We always enjoy the carol sing along sponsored by the Lutheran Church, held in Waseca Hall each December.
This year's sing along will be held Sunday, Dec. 12 at 1:30 p.m. and will include a few added features. Besides the Yellowhead Ramblers and the puppeteers from the Evangelical Church in Lashburn, the Maidstone Communty Choir and the Lutheran Chorus will also be in attendance.
As usual, lunch and coffee will be provided.
Many Christmas Eve church services will be held including the Lutheran service, which will be held in Maidstone's Anglican Church at 5 p.m.
After enjoying a couple of weeks visiting with relatives and friends, including lots of time spent with his father and mother, Vic and Bev Hult, Todd Hult returned to his home in Brisbane, Australia Nov. 29.
Todd returned to Australia via Caracus in Venezuela. There he was joined by his mother-in-law and continued the trip to Brisbane. She will be with Todd and Christina about three months. There will be lost of visiting as she has not seen them for two years.
Best wishes go along with Mitch and Val Driver and family as they leave Waseca later this month to make their home in the Battlefords.
