A reunion of those who have cared for individuals at Saskatchewan Hospital, North Battleford, are encouraged to attend a reunion July 12 to 14 in the Battlefords.
Saskatchewan Hospital has provided treatment and care to the mentally ill for the past 100 years, and the reunion is in honour of that "Century of Caring."
Former and present employees are invited.
"As a former employee of the Saskatchewan Hospital, I am proud to have been of service to those that suffered from mental illness, and if you, or someone you know, worked or is presently employed at this hospital, I recommend that you attend this centennial celebration as it will be a very memorable event," says one of the organizers, Jane Shury.
