The RM of Paynton No. 470 will be celebrating it's centennial this year and will be holding a dinner and dance Aug. 24.
Paynton gym will be host to the event which starts at 4:30 p.m. for cocktails followed by a catered supper at 6 p.m. Brad Jonner and his boys will play their country music starting at 7:30 p.m. for two 45-minute sets before a DJ takes over for the rest of the night.
Door prizes and autographs from the band are available and admission is $30 per person.
