If you are planning a Culture Days activity or event, don't forget to register your event on the national Culture Days Website. Early registration provides an opportunity to have your event included in provincial and national advertising and marketing campaigns, and more importantly, tells SaskCulture Inc. that you need banners, posters and other promotional materials.
It's simple and easy to register; just go towww.culturedays.caand log in. The Culture Days web site is accessed by hundreds of thousands of people from across Canada ... it's a great way to show what there is to offer in Saskatchewan!
Registering your Culture Days event or activities prior to Aug. 12will ensure Culture Days branding materials (posters, banners, balloons, etc.) are sent to you. SaskCulture is targeting Aug. 18 as the distribution date for this material. Even if you don't have all of your event information ready to go, make sure your event is registered before Aug. 12.
Making sure that the details for your Culture Days event or activities are finalized on the Culture Days web site prior toAug. 29will enable SaskCulture to include accurate information about your activities in the event guides it is coordinating. These event guides will be distributed widely and will be an excellent way to promote your activities to the general public.
