She welcomed everyone by wishing a happy Thanksgiving.

Three delegates gave presentations in the areas for which they are seeking donations. Due to poor attendance, it was decided to deal only with St. Walburg School's Rachel's Challenge, as that funding was required prior to the organization's next meeting. A donation of $860 was approved.

One application for membership was received. The finance committee audited the book, which were found to be in sound standing. It was noted the Royal Purple's highway signs are installed and look great. Keith and Allan Schneider are thanked for their contributions to that project. A photocopier/fax machine was purchased and is installed at the secretary's house.

Yvonne Beeching and Joyce Fowler accompanied District Deputy Thelma Romphf on her North Battleford and Cut Knife visits. These three ladies also helped man the Royal Purple booth at a North Battleford trade fair.

St. Walburg will be represented at Outlook provincial curling Nov. 16 to 18. Anyone interested in going is to contact Kim Rendle. The committees for 2012-13 have been named. The annual membership has increased slightly and memberships are now due.

The Ladies' Night Out Committee needs to be in place. Anyone with good ideas needs to come forth and exercise their talent.

Royal Purple will be attending and placing a wreath at the Remembrance Day service. The service will be at the Lutheran Church.

District deputy's official visit was tabled until the November meeting.
