March 10, Speers and District United Church was honoured to have Pastor Deb McNabb of the Living Faith Church in North Battleford give the message. During the "Minute for Mission" Pastor McNabb talked on Compassion Canada. She said, "Compassion for Canada donates to Third World countries to help children who are living in poverty so they will get a better education, health care and the gospel of Jesus Christ. You can also sponsor a child in any country of your choice."

During the Music for Ministry, Quinn and Bruin Eberle from North Battleford played the guitar and fiddle and played the hymns. They both also sang. To learn more about Compassion Canada, log onto compassion.ca.
