The Battlefords Art Club had a good turnout for an overcast dull day Tuesday. Members worked in various media including watercolour, graphite and acrylic. Lubjica Hard gave a workshop on portrait drawing and members rendered various friends and relatives in pencil.

The Chapel Galley has a show on artist trading cards and Leah Garven is looking for local artists to make a contribution to the exhibit.

Michael Brokop is heading up a committee for our annual July sale at the sailing club in Meota. Details will be forthcoming.

The club is always looking for new members for our Tuesday afternoon and evening groups. We meet at Don Ross Centre.
