Bingo was played Sept. 24 with a nice turnout. Joan Smith and Jean Hartman did the calling. Lunch was provided by Lil McMillan.
Cabbage was played Monday, Sept. 29 with Lil McMillan hosting and providing lunch. High score went to Jean Hartman and low to Lil McMillan.
Bingo was played Wednesday, Oct. 1 with Joan Smith and Bev Stewart doing the calling. Lunch was provided by Dorothy Schwartz who also won the loonie pot. We were pleased to have a visitor from Lashburn, Shirley Van Metre.
The monthly meeting was held Friday, Oct. 3 with vice-president Sharon Smith conducting. Entertainment at the Christmas catered supper, scheduled for Dec. 11. A caterer is to be contacted by Sharon. The August, September and October pot luck luncheon at noon will be held Oct. 22. Bingo is to follow at 1:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome. Our next meeting will be held Nov. 7 at 2 p.m. Lunch was provided by Jean Hartman following the meeting.
