June 15 - Kelly and Ray Gabruch stopped by to visit Tillie Linkert on their way home to Medicine Hat. Shirley James picked up her mom Tillie Linkert, Jean Stewart, Anne Reeds and I and took us to Waseca to Country Blend.

Shirley James picked up her mom Tillie Linkert, Jean Stewart, Anne Reeds and I and took us to Waseca to Country Blend. The music was just great making for a very enjoyable evening. Thanks Shirley for picking us up.

Byron Lott of Cold Lake phoned his mom Norma Lott. He was golfing in the oilmen's tournament at Silver Lake.

Great-grandson Lee Biert had a sleep over with Great-grandma Norma Lott.

Jean Stewart was to Saskatoon for a medical appointment. Marion Stoughton took her down and they brought my daughter, Hazel MacEachern back with them. Hazel will spend a couple weeks with me.

Colleen Koski was to Strasbourg on the weekend where she attended the graduation of her grandson, Cheyenne Walsh.

We would like to welcome Dorothy Kissick to apartment No. 22. Hope you like your new place and will enjoy apartment life.

Saturday, Marion Stoughton took Jean Stewart and myself to Cut Knife to Noreen Bullerwell's 90th birthday. It was an enjoyable afternoon. Congratulations, Noreen.

We were very thankful for the showers of rain. It certainly freshened things up. It's very dry and we could use a lot more.

June 29 - Keith Christofferson and grandson Jake Goose of Surrey B.C. were visiting their aunt and uncle, Lil and Milt McMillan.

Luke James stopped by to visit grandma Tillie Linkert.

Cory and Nicole Meier and children Dane and Noa from Vancouver are visiting their dad Dwayne Wiltermuth and grandpa and grandma Milt and Lil McMillan.

Jack Inkster of Edmonton was to see his mom Eva Inkster.

Colleen Koski was to North Battleford with Dave and Lynn to do some shopping.

Saturday I had the pleasure of attending the wedding of Todd Blanchette and Rhea Bullock.

Monday I took my daughter, Hazel, to Saskatoon. She has been with me for two weeks. While she was here we visited Duncan MacEachern at Marsden.

Sunday Jean Stewart, Eva Inkster, Tillie Linkert, Hazel MacEachern and I attended the 25th anniversary of the Battle River Lutheran Church. It was so nice to see the church full and all the voices doing the singing. A delicious super was served after the service with a lot of visiting.
