Perfect harvest weather is what we are enjoying and the harvest is progressing well. We can just hope there is a continuation of this weather for some time.
School has been in session for a couple of weeks now. Two kindergarteners, Mikaylah Blyth and Ty Huard, are among the passengers on the school bus this year. We hope they enjoy their school years.
Congratulations to Joanne and Ben Rawlinson of Kelowna, B.C. on the birth of their baby girl, Emma Rhys. She was born Sept. 7.
Congratulations also to grandparents Keith and Eileen Evans of Forest Bank and Karry and Jeff Rawlinson of Peachland, B.C. Keith and Eileen are now proud grandparents of eight children.
