Christmas Eve mass is 7:30 p.m. in All Saints Catholic Church in Mayfair with Father Vu officiating. Many family members who live a distance from their parents partake in this special church service, thus making a full house. It is always a pleasure to see the neighbours' children and grandchildren during the festive season.
The old time dance session was a real success and some would like to continue in the new year. We made it a real fun party on the last night, Dec. 15. Many variations of new and older dances were learned. Now, the task is to remember the steps to all of the newly acquired dances.
Yoga will definitely start up in January as this is a good form of exercise and relaxation.
Jeanette Swistun has returned from her visit with her sister Glenda (Dick) Starycki from Vancouver Island. The rainy weather and high winds were rampant one and a half weeks ago.
