Judy Sherman recently traveled with her sister Brenda to Germany and the Netherlands for a week on a riverboat cruise.
Their trip started in Frankfurt, Germany and they travelled down the Rhine River to Amsterdam. Some of the highlights to the trip were a tour of Marksburg Castle and a day in Cologne, one of Germany's oldest cities. In the Netherlands they enjoyed a tour through an actual working windmill at Zaanse Schans and a visit to the Keukenhof Gardens. They also visited the Anne Frank museum in Amsterdam followed by a boat ride through the canals of the older part of that city.
The fundraiser we were going to have in Maymont May 18 for Carl and Maureen Ross had been cancelled. Our condolences to Carl and Maureen on the passing of their son.
