MAIDSTONE — Hello for the year 2015. It is rather cold but maybe it will freeze out the flu bugs that are still floating around.
Our sympathy to the Ballan family on the loss of their father George Ballan and also to the family of Mary Lundell who passed away Saturday. Mary's funeral was Jan. 8.
Many of our apartment people are still fighting the flu. It seems to hang on for a long time.
New Year’s Eve was spent with friends and New Year’s Day was very quiet.
Tuesday morning coffee at the suites was enjoyed by a good many visiting and playing bingo.
Not much news as things have quieted down after all the Christmas and New Year activities.
I’m now in Arizona for two months holiday, so will continue news when I return. Hope everyone has a good winter.
