FRENCHMAN BUTTE — Frenchman Butte Heritage Centre hosts Festival Day, Sunday, Aug. 12.
The festival begins at 10:30 a.m. with an interdenominational church service.Â
There will be stage entertainment under the tent with free coffee and tea all afternoon.
Other attractions include a classic car display and museum exhibits with pioneer skill demonstrations from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
There will be a gigantic street parade at 1 p.m. Exhibits re-open from 2 to 5 p.m.
There will be a silent auction and heritage book sales and there is a children’s play area and mini golf on the grounds.
A roast beef dinner will be served at 5 p.m.
There will be free shuttles from parking lots and the expanded full-service RV campground.Â
