Eagle Hills Multiple 4-H Club had their club speeches Feb. 28 at the Dekker Centre for the Performing Arts in North Battleford. The top two participants from each age category moved on to the 4-H District 34 speeches. Senior: Jordan Mitchell, Keeley-Shae Somers. Intermediate: McKenna Mitchell, Mickayla Carlson. Junior: Taylor L’Heureux, Mackenzie L’Heureux. Cloverbud: Jayden L’Heureux, Cloe Florence.
Three 4-H clubs attended the district speeches at Fort Battleford March 6. Placing second in the senior category was Keeley-Shae Somers. Placing first in the intermediate category was Mickayla Carlson and second was McKenna Mitchell. Placing first in the junior category was Mackenzie L’Heureux, and placing in the Cloverbud category was Jaden L’Heureux, first, and Cloe Florence, second. The first place participants will be moving on and competing at the regional speeches April 3. Congratulations to all participants and best of luck to Mickayla, Mackenzie and Jaden.
