Ducks and waterfowl enjoying the low spots

Well what do we have to complain about? Yes, it is wet and yes, summer did not make its debut with hot sunny days but this is not Calgary or Canmore near Banff.

With that said, the water runs in many fields look very similar to the spring runoff creeks and the low spots in fields have become sanctuaries for ducks and waterfowl. What a winter and what a spring so far!

I have not heard a recent fishing report from Meeting Lake but I do know there is a lot more water for the fish to play in. No cabins are in danger but most lakefront properties are a lot more lake than they were before.
