Doing the services at Borden and Speers United churches March 10 was Pastor Deb McNabb with Compassion Canada and music ministry was provided by Quinn and Bruin Eberle, all of North Battleford. Quinn and Bruin, a sister/brother duo, opened for George Canyon in 2012. Quinn plays fiddle and Bruin guitar and they both sing. Pastor McNabb led the service and prayers and Quinn and Bruin played familiar hymns. After church, they played a few lively tunes such as Maple Sugar Rag and closed with Mr. Bo Jangle.

During the Minute for Mission time, Deb talked about Compassion Canada, which donates to countries around the world to help end poverty in the life of a child with education, healthcare, social programs and sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. You can also sponsor a child. Bruin and Quinn sponsor one together in Ecuador. Go to compassion.ca to learn more about the program.
