With the help of a few new younger members, numerous jobs have been accomplished. We have 11 buildings in our museum village and any one who would care to adopt a building would be appreciated. This means a thorough spring-cleaning before the opening May 24 weekend and intermittent care through the summer until closing the Labour Day weekend. All buildings are closed for the winter with tours available by appointment. The barbershop, the general store and the school have already been adopted.

Numerous events will be taking place during the rest of August. Social Sunday will be held again Aug. 18 and 26. Bingo under the new covered kitchen addition; chess, checkers, backgammon, cards and games provided; movie in the school house - all starting at 2 p.m. Good food available also, and guided tours of the buildings. Come and enjoy!

An antique car show will be held the Labour Day Monday holiday, with cars from Lloydminster and Battleford car clubs on display. The annual corn roast supper will be available. Keep the date of this event in mind, Sept. 3. See you there!
