The Legion Ladies Auxiliary No. 142 met for the first meeting after summer break Sept. 4.
It was a quiet summer with not much activity. The group had to turn down some activities because of lack of help. The auxiliary are getting low in members if anyone is interested in joining us. It's a good organization, helping those who fought for our freedom.
There are scooters to lend out if anyone is in need.
Auxiliary members are not planning any activities until after harvest. We will keep you posted.
