Battlefords residents will once again be able to take a trip across the world and through time to Bethlehem in the time of Jesus.
Once again the Battlefords Seventh Day Adventist Church has organized its annual Walk Through Bethlehem, which promises to share the "sights, sounds and yes, even the smells" of the ancient Middle East. The town will bustle with activity, including some landmarks from the story of Jesus's birth and even a live nativity scene.
Admission is free and the complete trip will take about half an hour. Anyone interested can come to the church, located at 1611-93rd Street from 6 to 9 p.m. Dec. 7 and 8 or 1 to 5 p.m. Dec. 9.
