A birthday party honouring Anna Tucker's 85th birthday was held Feb. 21 in the St. Paul's Anglican Church in North Battleford. It was well attended by her many friends and family and her husband Ken. She is one of our pioneer ladies from the farming area south of Murray Lake.Â
It was hosted by her sons Alan and Laura and Gordon and Kim, her three granddaughters Alanna, Becky and Diana and three great-grandchildren, Rio, Eve and Trenton.Â
A delicious birthday cake was shared with the guests and they sang Happy Birthday to Anna. The family appreciated the many folks who came out to wish Anna well and there were many cards received.
On Feb. 16, Anna's real birthday date, the family held a supper in her honour at the lounge in Valleyview Towers 2 with 22 people present.
